Yak Apparel: Cozy Winter Hats With Tons of Style!

Winter is a hard time to be stylish.  I’m usually bundled up against the cold and wind, trying to stay warm and hardly worried about how I look.  So I had fun checking out the awesome winter hats from Yak Apparel that were both fashionable and functional.  Being warm and cozy and looking good aren’t mutually exclusive after all!
Yak Apparel sells some really beautiful beanies and head wraps, fleece-lined hats, and faux fur lined hats. Probably the neatest thing about these hats, other than their great look, is that they are made in Nepal and sales help to support the families that make them.

So how do I like my hat?!  I love it!  I chose to review the Purple Faux Fur Lined Women’s Pompom Trapper Hat. First of all, it’s super cute.  I love the colors, the best combination of shades of purple.  And the faux fur lining is so comfy.  Some faux fur can be stiff and uncomfortable but this hat is really soft and cozy.  It feels so warm on your head.

I found the hat to fit snugly which is perfect for me.  It’s not tight by any means, but it really fits just right on my head which makes it feel perfectly toasty.  There’s no room for wind to whip through and give you a chill!  The top of the hat comes down far enough to keep my forehead protected without it being anywhere near my eyes and the back of the hat goes right along my neckline.  It definitely provides the best coverage of any winter hat I’ve ever had!  And the pompoms on top and on the two tassels are so cute and fun!  It was perfect for wearing to our family snowball fight this morning.  You can see I’m waiting to see what my little boy is planning to do with that snowball!
